Relax and enjoy a variety of freshly cut sandwiches followed by homemade scones served with clotted cream and jam, along with a selection of homemade mini sweet treats.
Served in our comfortable lower lounge area, it is perfect for birthday celebrations, baby showers or just catching up with friends.
Served with your choice of tea or coffee for £18 per person, we have a wide selection of everyday, herbal and fruit teas for you to choose from, as well as a variety of speciality coffees.
Or if you feel like celebrating, add some sparkle by choosing a glass of Prosecco for £21.
Bookings are required at least 48 hours in advance.
Dietary Requirements
We are able to make most items in the afternoon tea gluten free, dairy free or vegan if you require.
We don’t like to leave anyone out, so if you have any dietary requirements please enquire at the cafe so that we can make something that works for you.

Our team are here to support you whatever the occasion. We love to add those extra touches to make your event extra special including decorations, flowers, special napkins and sparkling drinks options.
Cream Tea at Riverside
If its just scones, cream and jam you’re after then try our ‘cream tea’ which can be ordered from our cafe menu without needing to book ahead.
If you would like to order for 5 or more people please still order in advance so that we can accommodate you and your guests!
